Technical Communities Raises VC Round
San Bruno-based Technical Communities said today that it has raised a Series D convertible preferred round of funding. Financial terms were not disclosed. Funding came from Crosspoint Venture Partners, Netmarket Partners, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), and Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV). Technical Communities said it will use the funding to expand its offerings and for potential acquisitions. Technical Communities provides services to technical organizations that sell to U.S. government agencies and prime contractors.
