BlueArc Gets Investment From Hitachi Data Systems
Hitachi Data Systems has made an investment in San Jose-based BlueArc, a provider of high performance network attached storage systems, Hitachi said this week. The equity stake comes as part of a OEM partnership between HDS and BlueArc. Hitachi is shipping a Hitachi High-performance NAS Platform, based on BlueArc's technology. Terms of the investment or OEM deal were not disclosed.
