Cisco Buys Tivella
San Jose-based Cisco said Friday that it is acquiring Half Moon Bay-based Tivella, a provider of digital signage software and systems. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Tivella had 10 employees, primarily based in Milpitas.
