ServiceSource Raises $66M
San Francisco-based ServiceSource, which provides outsourcing services of support and maintenance for hardware, software and healthcare firms, said today it has raised $66M from General Atlantic. ServiceSource has previously received funding from Benchmark Capital. The firm will use the funding to expand its worldwide presence. Marc McMorris of General Atlantic and James Madden, founder and CEO of Exult, are joining the firm's board of directors as part of the funding.
