Advent Buys East Circle Solutions
San Francisco-based Advent Software said yesterday that it has acquired East Circle Solutions, a New York-based provider of software for automating the billing process for investment management organizations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Advent said it will introduce a new version of East Circle's product that integrates with its own software packages in the first half of 2007.
