SAP Buys Pilot Software
SAP has purchased Mountain View-based Pilot Software, a provider of strategy management software, the firm said today. Financial terms were not disclosed. Pilot Software develops products used by companies to manage their employees, through goals, initiatives, and metrics, and focuses on financial services, public sector, retail, and other industries. SAP said that it intends to continue operations in the firm's Mountain View headquarters. The acquisition completed February 14th.
