Walmart Labs Acquires Yumprint

, said today that it has acquired
Yumprint
, a developer of mobile software used for recipe, menu, and meal planning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Walmart Labs said the buy is related to its Walmart To Go grocery delivery pilot. Yumprint was based in Seattle, and had been founded by Chris Crittenden and Wes Dyer.
