San Jose-based Discera, a maker of MEMs based oscillators, has raised $17.5M in a Series C funding round the firm said today. The funding round came from Scale Venture Partners, and also included previous investors 3i, Partech International, and Ardesta LLC. Horizon Ventuers, a new investor, also participated in the round. The firm said the funding will go towards increased production, distribution, and marketing of its products.
