Report: IPOs Raise $1.2B in Q1 2007
U.S. venture backed companies raised $1.2B in initial public offerings last quarter, according to Dow Jones VentureOne. Thirteen IPOs raised $1.2B, double the $599.2M raised a year ago, according to the Quarterly Liquidity Report. According to the report, there was also $9.39B in mergers and acquisitions in the quarter, spread across 95 transactions.
