Roche Acquires THP
Roche has acquired Mountain View-based Therapeutic Human Polyclonals, a company focused on research in human antibody technologies, in a $56.5M deal, the firm said today. Roche said that the acquisition of THP will strengthen its expertise in therapeutic antibody research.
