Cordys, a Netherlands-based firm that develops business process management software, announced Tuesady that it has raised Euro 60M ($80M US) in an equity round from Argonaut Private Equity. The funding will go towards expansion of the company's operations in the United States. The funding comes in conjunction with a new U.S. headquarters in San Jose and expanded executive hires at the location. Cordys' BPM software uses service oriented architecture (SOA) for business process management.
