Coupons Acquires Boodle
Mountain View-based Coupons, Inc. said today that it has acquired Consumer Networks LLC, which operates Boodle, the online printable coupon site. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Consumer Networks LLC is a joint venture of Gannett Co., Tribune Company, and the Copley Press. Boodle is a provider of printable coupons, with an extensive relationship with local newspaper web sites. Consumer Networks is headquartered in San Diego, Calif.
