LiveFuels Gets $10M For Algae Biofuels
Menlo Park-based LiveFuels announced Thursday afternoon that the company has closed a Series A investment worth $10M, to fund development of its algae-to-biofuels technology. The round was led by the Quercus Trust, a conservation advocacy and environmental organization. LiveFuels is looking to create a commercially competitive biocrude oil from algae.
