Mountain View-based Plaxo has introduced a new release of the firm's address book service, saying today that it will now synchronize between Microsoft, Google, Yahoo!, AOL, Mac, Thunderbird, and mobile phones. The two-way synchronization service will allow users to synchronize address book and calendar information between all of the platforms. Plaxo said that Plaxo 3.0 is currently available in beta form. The firm's support for platforms include Google Calendar, Microsoft's popular Outlook, Outlook Express, and Hotmail, Mac OSX calendar services, Yahoo Mail and Calendar, and other calendar and scheduling software.
