San Francisco-based Loyalty Lab has raised $7M in a new round of venture capital, the firm said late last week. The firm said that the round was led by Open View Venture Partners. Loyalty Lab develops customer management software used for customer relationship management and loyalty programs. Scott Maxwell of OpenView has joined Loyalty Lab's board of directors in conjunction with the funding.
