Responsys Buys Loyalty Matrix
Redwood City-based Responsys said today that it has acquired Loyalty Matrix, a provider of predictive analytics and optimization software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. San Francisco-based Loyalty Matrix provides marketing optimization for clients such as 24 Hour Fitness, Apple, Chicago Sun-Times, and DraftFCB. Responsys said all of the employees at Loyalty Matrix will join the firm.
