Agile Software Stockholder Approve Merger
San Jose-based Agile Software, a provider of product lifecycle management software, said today that its stockholders have approved the firm's merger with Oracle Corporation. The deal, which was announced May 15, will make Agile a wholly owned subsidiary of Oracle. The deal is worth approximately $495M. Agile's software is used to track the manufacturing and design of electronics and other products.
