Network Chemistry Sells Security Business
Palo Alto-based Network Chemistry said today that Aruba Networks has acquired the firm's wireless security business. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Network Chemistry said that the divestment will enable it to focus on its IT management business. Network Chemistry has previously received venture capital From Geneva Venture Partners, Innovacom, In-Q-Tel, and others.
