San Mateo-based SuccessFactors, a provider of software for the human resources market, said in a filing with the SEC Friday that it is looking to raise up to $125M in an IPO. The firm's IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co., JPMorgan, JMP Securities, and Pacific Crest Securities. The firm has received funding from Greylock, TPG Ventures, and Cardinal Ventures.
