BlueRun Funds Chinese Test Equipment Firm
Guangdong, China-based 3i Systems, a provider of automated optical inspection systems used for the TFT-LCD manufacturing process, said today that Menlo Park-based BlueRun Ventures has provided the firm with $6.5M in a second round. According to 3i, the financing will go to ramp up the firm's development capability. Jui Tan and Peter Buhl of BlueRun will join 3i SYstems' board.
