Clearwell Adds $17M To Coffers
Santa Clara-based Clearwell Systems, a developer of software for the e-discovery market, said today that it has raised $17M in a third round of funding. The round came from Duff Ackerman & Goodrich, Redpoint Ventures, and Sequoia Capital. According to the firm, the funding will be used to expand its sales team, launch new partnership programs, and bolster its research and development. The new funding brings the company's total raised to date to $33M. Clearwell's products are used for legal discovery.
