HP Extends Opsware Tender Offer
Palo Alto-based Hewlett Packard said today that it has extended its tender offer for Opsware, due to the waiting period under antitrust regulations in China. The firm said that the waiting period will expire on September 13, 2007, unless it is terminated earlier or extended. HP said in July that it is buying Opsware for roughly $1.6B.
