Adobe Completes Tender Offer For Omniture
San Jose-based Adobe Systems said today that it has completed its tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of the common stock of Omniture. The firm said that approximately 86.68 percent of Omniture's issued and outstanding shares, or 68,125,532 shares, were tendered. Adobe now expects the acquisition of Omniture to complete this morning. Adobe said it would acquire Omniture on September 15th, in a deal worth $1.8 billion.
