ONSET Adds Khanna, Lane As Managing Directors
Menlo Park-based ONSET Ventures said Monday that it has added Raman Khanna and David Lane as Manging Director of the firm's ONSET V fund. Khanna and Lane both join from Diamondhead Ventures, where they were founding partners. ONSET said that Khanna and Lane will enhance its IT investment team; both Khanna and Lane will continue oversight of their $140M Diamondhead Ventures fund. According to ONSET, both will focus on information security and commercializing disruptive technologies developed at leading research universities, with Khanna also focusing on enterprise and internet technologies. Lane will also focus on semiconductors and infrastructure software/SAAS.
