New York and Menlo Park-based BlackArrow, a provider of advertising management systems for video, said Monday that it has raised $12M in a Series B funding. The round came from Cisco Systems, Comcast Interactive Capital, Intel, Mayfield Fund, and Polaris Venture Partners. The firm said that the funding came in conjunction with a launch of its system, plus the hiring of Dean Denhart, former CTO of Knight Ridder Digital, as the firm's president and CEO.
