Voltage Security Powers Up With Another $12M
Palo Alto-based Voltage Security, a provider of information encryption tools, said Monday that it has raised $12M in a Series D funding. The round was led by Trident Capital, and also included Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Morgenthaler Ventures, Menlo Ventures, Cipio Partners and JAFCO Ventures. Peter Meekin of Trident joins the firm's board as part of the funding.
