LGC Wireless Acquired by ADC
San Jose-based LGC Wireless has been acquired by Minneapolis-based ADC, ADC said Monday. ADC said it would pay $169M in cash for LGC, which had approximately $83M in sales for the last 12 months and 240 employees. LGC provides a variety of wireless hardware products, including products for indoor cellular coverage. ADC is a provider of network infrastructure equipment.
