San Francisco-based Visage Mobile said today that it has acquired Pleasanton-based Agistics. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Visage said it will combine Agistics' software portfolio with its existing development and operational capabilities. Agistics develops software used to automate customer service and mobile workforces, and was venture backed by ATA Ventures. Dean Alms, founder and CEO of Agistics, becomes General Manager of a new Visage Enterprise business unit. Visage Mobile is a provider of management software for the wireless communications market.
