Visage Mobile Sells Subscriber Management Unit
San Francisco-based Visage Mobile said Wednesday afternoon that it is in a definitive agreement to sell its Subscriber Management business to Convergys Corporation. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Visage Mobile said that the move will enable it to focus on its new mobility management solution, MobilityCentral. Visage was advised by GCA Savvian Advisors, LLC in the deal, along with Fenwick & West LLP.
