BDNA Garners $20M
Mountain View-based BDNA, a provider of software for auditing and managing software inventories, has raised $20M in a fourth round of funding. The firm said that the round came from Rising Tide, along with existing investors. The firm said it will use the funding to expand sales and marketing, product development, and customer support. The firm also named Ray Homan as it CEO and as a board member, as part of the funding. Homan joins from SAP.
