Portaero Quietly Gets Funding For COPD Treatment
Menlo Park-based Portaero, a stealth medical devices firm, has quietly raised a round of funding from Versant Ventures, silicontap has learned. The funding has not been announced. According to Versant Ventures, Portaero is developing a device for the treatment of COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). No details of the investment have been released.
