NorthStar Raises $18M For Wealth Management Software
San Francisco-based NorthStar Systems International said Tuesday that it has raised $18M in an investment round. Investors in the firm include Ropart Asset Management Funds, TL Ventures, and Trinad Capital. Northstar Systems is a developer of wealth management software for financial services institutions. The firm said the funding will go towards product development, marketing, and sales activities. Todd Goergen of Ropart, Bill Guttman of TL Ventures, and Jay Wolf of Trinad Capital have joined the firm's board.
