Velocity Venture Capital Raises $15M Fund, Targets Sacramento
Folsom-based Velocity Venture Capital, a venture capital firm focused on investing in companies in the Sacramento area, said Monday that it has closed a $15M second fund. The firm also said it is preparing to raise a third fund with a target size of $60M. Velocity said it has made 11 investments from the fund, including Marquiss Wind Power, Jadoo Power, anyComm Corporation, Start-UP TV Network, Razor Audio Solutions, Revionics, Freepath, emTRAiN, JonSight Solutions, KeyEye Communications, and Riavo Systems.
