Redwood City-based Anagran, a firm developing technology for managing IP network congestion, said today that it has raised $12M in a Series C funding. The firm said the funding came from its existing investors. Anagran did not announce specific investors in this round, but it has previously received funding from Arrowpath Venture Capital and Draper Fisher Jurvetson. According to Anagran, the funding will go towards expanding its sales presence in North America and the EMEA. Anagran was founded by Larry Roberts, one of the original developers of ARPANET.
