Sunnyvale-based Anagran, a developer of network traffic management hardware, said Monday that it has raised $8.6M in a Series D funding round. According to Anagran, the round came from existing investors at the firm, including Advanced Technology Venturs, ArrowPath Venture Partners, and Draper Fisher Jurvetson. Anagran said the funding will go towards expanding its sales and bolstering engineering resources. Anagran's products are used to manage voice, video, and other multimedia traffic within service provider and corporate networks.
