Teneros Raises $40M
Mountain View-based Teneros, which develops appliances used for ensuring availability for Microsoft Exchange, said today that it has raised $40M in a late stage funding round. The round brings the company's total raised to $84.5M. The funding was led by Advanced Equities, and also included Goldman Sachs, New Enterprise Associates, Sevin Rosen Funds and STAR Ventures. Teneros develops appliances used to ensure the continuous availability of Microsoft Exchange email servers.
