Mozes Buys Live Concert Promotor
Palo Alto-based Mozes said Tuesday that it has acquired Hurricane Interactive Promotions, a provider of live concert and mobile phone promotions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Mozes provides a hosted, mobile marketing service focused on SMS text messaging; the firm is venture backed by North Bridge Venture Partners and Norwest Venture Partners.
