Twofish Acquired by Live Gamer
Palo Alto-based Twofish, has been acquired by New York-based Live Gamer, Live Gamer said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Twofish was backed by Charles River Ventures, Kodiak Venture Partners and FirstMark Capital. Twofish develops software for creating virtual marketplaces. Michael Kim from Rustic Canyon Venturse, and Twofish co-founder Sean Ryan are joining Live Gamer's board along with the acquisition.
