Sparkplay Locates $4.25M
Mill Valley-based Sparkplay Media said Wednesday that the firm has raised $4.25M in a financing round for its massively multiplayer, 3D games platform. The funding came from Redpoint Ventures and Prism VentureWorks. Fouad ElNaggar of Redpoint joins the firm's board as part of the funding. Sparkplay Media is developing a title called Earth Eternal.
