HP Buys Tower Software
Palo Alto-based HP said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Tower Software, a e-discovery and compliance software maker based in Canberra, Australia. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. HP said it will enable it to expand in the fast growing electronic discovery and compliance software market. Tower Software employs 240, and was founded in 1985.
