Ustream Raises $11.1M
Los Altos-based Ustream.TV has raised $11.1M in a Series A funding, the firm announced this morning. The round came from DCM, Labrador Ventures, and The Band of Angels. Ustream said the funding will allow the company to accelerate product development at the firm. Ustream provides streaming of live, interactive broadcasting. As part of the funding, Ustream said it now has over 2.2 million unique viewers per month, and 260,000 broadcasters using its service.
