RGB Networks Raises $20M More
Sunnyvale-based RGB Networks, which develops video processing hardware, said Monday that it has raised an additional $20M in funding. The round was led by Institutional Venture Partners, and also included prior investors Accel Partners, Comcast Interactive Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and Focus Ventures. RGB Networks said that the funding round valued the firm at $200M, up over a $110M valuation in June of 2006. RGB's products are used by cable, telecom, and other video providers to deliver targeted programming and advertising.
