Internet classifieds service Oodle.com reported Thursday that it has hired former Microsoft executive Kevin Doerr as senior vice president. Most recently, Doerr supervised Microsoft's Windows Live Web Communications group, which includes Windows Live, Hotmail, Calendar, Contacts and other popular Internet-based services. Earlier during his Microsoft tenure, Doerr was assigned to the computing heavyweight's Premium Mobile Services, Technology Care and Safety and Information Services groups. Working from Oodle's headquarters in San Mateo, Calif., Doerr will manage the company’s partner network and drive distribution and advertiser relationships.
