Emergence Capital Adds Stiefler As Venture Partner

San Mateo-based Emergence Capital Partners said Tuesday that it has named Jeffrey Stiefler as a venture partner at the firm. Stiefler was most recently chairman and CEO of Digital Insight, which he sold to Intuit for $1.4B. Stiefler has also served at American Express and as CEO of IDS Financial Services. Emergence said the hiring of Stiefler will help expand the firm's team and network in the SaaS market.
