oDesk Gets $15M
Menlo Park-based oDesk said this morning that it has added $15M in a Series C venture financing. The firm, which operates a marketplace for finding programmers and other technical talent, said the round was led by DAG Ventures. Prior investors Benchmark Capital, Globespan Capital Partners, and Sigma Partners also participated. oDesk said the funding would give it additional resources to fuel expansion. The new round of funding brings the company's total raised to $29.0M.
