Wigix Adds Draper, Burnham To Board
Oakland-based Wigix, an online marketplace focused on auctions, said Wednesday that DFJ's Tim Draper and former VC Bill Burnham have joined the company's board of directors. Tim Draper is managing director and founder of Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and Bill Burnham is currently at Inductive Capital, and formerly of Mobius Venture Capital. Wigix is developing what it bills as an "online stock market for consumer products" which uses stock-market based ideas to help people buy and sell items. The firm is venture backed by DFJ.
