Redwood City-based Zuora Inc. reported this morning that it has formed a board of advisors. The firm, which is developing a service to manage online subscriptions for software-as-a-service companies, said that the advisors include Elizabeth Tse, vice president of global billing, payments and collections for eBay; David Welsh, a partner with Adams Street Partners; Dan Halabe, a former partner with Accenture; and Michael Everett, vice president of finance for Cisco Systems. Zuora launched its first product, Z-Billing, in May; the firm is venture backed by Benchmark, along with the founders of Salesforce.com and WebEx.
