QP Semiconductor Acquired By e2v technologies
Privately-held QP Semiconductor, a provider of ICs for the military and aerospace market, has been acquired by e2v technologies, a manufacturer and developer of electronics components and sub-systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. Santa Clara-based QP Semiconductor said that it will continue to operate from Silicon Valley with its existing management team and employees. e2v is based in London.
