L&T Infotech Buys GDA Technologies
Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited, an Indian IT consulting and services firm, said Wednesday that it has acquired GDA Technologies, a San Jose-based provider of electronic design services. Financial terms were not disclosed. GDA provides semiconductor design services out of offices in the US and India, including semiconductor product development, logic design, and physical implementation. L&T Infotech provides IT services from offices in India, the USA, and elsewhere, and employes over 7,000.
