Industrial Origami Gets $17M
San Francisco-based Industrial Origami, a provider of technology for more efficiently manufacturing sheet metal-based products, has scored $17M in a financing round. According to Brown Rudnick, a law firm representing investor Environmental Technologies Fund (ETF), Industrial Origami recently raised $17M in funding for its products. According to Brown Rudnick, Industrial Origami is using the funding to support commercialization of its sheet metal manufacturing technologies. Industrial Origami's technology reduces scrap and waste in sheet metal manufacturing of products.
